Auto Storage Bags - any experience/input?

I got a plastic bag from www.julianos.com , it covers the car but not the bottom. It is really cheap way cover the auto. it is PN. JU300100 CAR COVER-CLEAR PLASTIC CAR BAG . I think they are $10 each.
