I'mgoing to make my own exhaust manifold for my turbo project since I can't seem to find one. I could make more if anyone would want one and if I order parts in bulk I get a better price. All I would ask for is parts and some labor to do the welding and fab work. I'm also going to make my own Intake manifold for a 4 barrel carb so I can make a few of those too if you guys want.

The intakes will be stainless steel and ceramic coated and the exhaust will be mild steel ceramic coated I don't know how much they will be for parts but I wont mark them up at all.

If your interested PM me and if I need to set up a vendorship on here to do this I can.

I think you have something backwards. Most turbo kits have stainless headers. Heavy ones at that.

The manifold has to take a ton of heat.

I wouldn't bother with an intake. They are available in damn near any configuration you need or easily modified if cast in aluminum. Any non turbo setup is already available.

What is your experience with slant performance and fabrication?

My experience is 14 years building Hot-Rods and Muscle cars. Although this is my First crack at the slant 6 I believe I can make it worth a look.

This dash was all fabricated in house out of roll bar tubing and sheet metal

Here is just a sample of My work.

they do make a turbo manifold for the slant six. Go to pentastar parts. The exhaust section they make one. Yeah you gotta order it from aussie land but ah whatever lol

Yeah 1250 Austrailian which is about 900 American is a bit much considering I could build it for half that including my labor

Hey guys I have been crunching some numbers and I found out there are flanges pre-made on Ebay SOOOO I might be able to get this ball rolling this week. I have a 3 axis CNC and some plate so I will be cutting out 3-4 sets of flanges for the turbo side and I will order 3-4 sets of flanges (pay check allowing) and some stainless tubing monday once I get some measurements. I might even consider branching this into a kit since I found good prices on Intakes, turbo's, and Carb's.

Would we be able to specify a flange configuration?
Where would you have it positioned?
I'm going to use a T4 flange and the position will be directly under the carb with the down pipe leading towards the back. I'm using a T4 45mm turbo for mine since I want to keep the stock bottom end I only want to run 8-10 PSI and I will be running E85 so no intercooler for me.

I am intererested.
I would like to see completed pictures, as I will be running alky or interocooler, as there is no E85 closed by.

I am also greatly interested in this. Your idea however, is a year ahead of my paychecks.

do you have an estimated. Cost yet? I'm building a spare engine for when I get tired of the stocky I've been considering turbo and am interested in more info if nothing else...

Well my numbers so far are a bit loose but between 400-600 for the manifold and I might do a full kit with a Blow through carb for around $3000

I think I could be interested. Is the exhaust manifold going to be stainless or mild steel? Where will it place the turbo? Would have to be able to retain things like p/s box & pump. Will it be position high enough for oil drainback? Will it early A-bodies as well as later. Keep us informed.

Thanks Ted

I'm going ceramic coated stainless steel and I am going to tuck it in close to the engine so it will fit all A-Bodies and the oil pan will be right under the drain for the Turbo.

Heck with the /6 I want one fo each side my 383 BB:-D

And the dash panel looks awesome do you build them for a 69 Dart?

for 400 dollars if this will fit a 64 dart id for sureee buy one..the first one available..
