Hays B&B piece of s---

Ok I spent 5 hours tearing out the Hays street/strip clutch that was in my car for less than 400 miles..... Remove the exhaust, starter, drop the 1400 lb trans on my finger (it slipped off the jack), it wasn't a good day..
I was having a problem getting a proper clutch adjustment and after removing the inspection plate I noticed that the 3 fingers on the pressure plate were not all at the same height. After reading comments on the hays website I reached the conclusion that I had to take it out...
The car has sat in the garage for 2 months waiting for me to gain the ambition to tear it apart...
Sure enough after removing the clutch I found a roller wheel inside stuck in between 2 springs... Needless to say I'm not happy with the people at hays or their junk product...
I'm going to go with a centerforce diaphram pressure plate this time.. However to save $150, I'm thinking about using the hays clutch disc.. It's pratically brand new being that it's got less than 400 miles on it....
What's your thought's?? I really don't want to put it all back together only to find the clutch disc doesn't work with the centerforce pressure plate.. I'm thinking it'll be fine but I'd like a sanity check.... Thanks
