Nikkis 66 dart 270 daily driver.

So I got the cam and lifters. I ended up getting a little bigger than stock...

RV 254 S Mechanical grind.

Specs................INT. EXH.

Duration DEG.......254/ 254

Valve lift.............435/ .435

Valve lash............012/ .012 (yeah I don't think so. I will go with the stock .010/.020)


I don't want to spend any more money on this but I'm thinking about throwing the block in the trunk of the dart and taking it to the machine shop and having them throw in a new set of cam bearings. The stock ones aren't bad but I don't want to wipe out the new cam. The pistons are still in the block and I am not taking them out!

I'm still waiting for the gasket kit and bearings to get here.
