I installed this dual snorkel Ram-Air system not too long ago. The idea was not so much as to get the so-called "Ram Air Effect" ( after all, that only kicks in at +130 MPH...:roll:) but more so as to get Cool Air induction into the Carburator..
This system allows the Carb to breathe Cooler, Outside Air as opposed to feeding on the Hot Air found inside the engine compartment..
