Differences Between /6 and 340 Bodies?

My body man is almost ready for my car(71 Demon), so I am trying to make sure that I have everything in order before it goes to the body shop. I am cloneing a slant six auto on the column into a 340 4 speed. I have the 4 speed floor hump, the Z-bar pivot brace that goes on the outside of the left inner fender, and the right side exhaust mount that bolts to the floor above the rear end. Are there any other differences between a /6 auto body and a 340 4 speed body that you guys can think of pertaining to the body itself that I need to attend to before the car is painted?
