Really? Is the scamp wheelwell the same size as a 67-69 Dart wheelwell? Reason I ask that is that 275/60 tires would not go close to even fitting within the wheelwell of my 1970 Valiant Hardtop, which is bodied exactly the same as the 67-69 Dart - from the cowl back it was a Dart, all sheetmetal imported from USA (kinda like your late model GTOs, which are essentially an Australian Holden). It wasnt a matter of a close fit or moving the springs in, the wheelwell just could not accommodate the size of the tire and would have required mini-tubbing. Or are the wheelwells larger on a 70s Scamp?
