Tire size help.

I would reconsider the 195-75-14s for the front...... At least go to a 205-70-14, I think it would be a little nicer tire on the street.

The 215-75-14 on the rear are tall and may cut into your gear ratio.... But I don't know what that is.

As far as track use....... You really need the suspension working to effectively race on a standard street radial (I don't know what power you will be putting down).

I still say if you are on a budget...... 215-70-14 (all the way around), 205-70-14-front with 215-70-14-rear, or 205-70-14 (all the way around).

Then.... Just get a set of slicks for the rear when money allows.

(NOTE..... I realize other tire sizes will fit but the key word here is Budget... When you move beyond the sizes listed cost increases quickly)
