Is this the origin of the word.....I forget how many times Lot ask God to spare that city in he could only find just a few good men. Never happened. That city was destroyed and when Lot and his family were instructed to leave they were not to look back...But...Lots wife did and she was turned into a pillar of salt. Too much sexual corruption in that city so it was done away with.
