Put super stock springs on the back of my duster(002-003)3000lb I believe now it sits way high. When I shim for the pinion angle that will bring it down slightly but not 4 inches.Car has the springs moved in 3/4 of an in.What works to bring it down? THANKS 1FAST383

Thats how SS springs are. That is how they are designed. SS springs are a drag racing spring.

Go get some XHD springs. They will bring it down.

I like the way it looks but flipping the front hangers will bring it down about 1 inch. I vote you keep it like that though.

You can buy front hangers that have an extra set of holes on top, that will lower it about 1". It will also settle another inch once they get a couple of hundred miles on them, and once you get your motor installed. Below is a pic of mine with SS springs, a DANA, the adjustable hangers and 275-50-17 tires, a shade over 27" tall.

Like Burnt Orange said; flipping the spring hangers will bring it down about an inch, but you have a lot more parts to install before you can really judge the ride height. If you're going to drag race it at all, lowering blocks are not the way to go, think spring-wrap.
Nice Duster, looks great!

I use 2" lowering blocks with my 002/003's and the frt perch flipped over 275/60/15 MT ET streets, It gives a decent wheel alignment in the front. The higher the rear generally sits the Less (negative) Camber ya get in the front. Ya want a bit of positive camber....

I'd wait until everything is in the car and ready to go then make a decision. You might be surprised how much further is will drop. Cudaspaz blocked his down so like Eric mentioned it will work.

If I am not mixing things up in my mind I believe I just read an answer from Rick E. (Mopar Action / tech Qs) about this subject just the other day. If you can get a hold of the latest issue, have a look. Or ... it might be posted on line any time soon on their site.
