I had to move the springs in for them to fit. They have (I think) 5.94" of backspace, which is more than some of the other cobra/bullit wheels if I remember correctly.
Is yours the white '69 Valiant? What rims do you have now?
Yep, I've got a 69 Valiant, running 1995 8" Cobra wheels - 5.7" BS. With 245/45's, I've got over an inch to the springs in stock location, so I need to add at least 1/2" more wheel on the inside. If I did it JUST RIGHT, I might be able to run an honest 9" wheel and a 275/40, but I haven't found the right wheel yet. May just go with 18" wheels if I make the leap when these tires are dead. Since I've only got about 200 miles on them, it's going to take a while...
