Sheriff Joe For President

sheriff joe puts on a good media show, but as a former resident of the state of az i can tell you he does some things that are, well, f....d up. he has cost maricopa county some money over the years, wrongful death suits and stuff. then there was the issue with the sheriffs dept attempting to serve a warrant, launching tear gas into the home and burning it down, the person they were looking for was not even there, and when a young pup came running out of the fire it was chased back into by his deputies, if memory serves me right. if you want to read a bit about "Americas Toughest Sheriff" you might try here http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/ sometimes the articles a bit biased, as the sheriff has a long standing hate/hate relationship with this paper......did not realize it was such an old post, sorry.
