finally got my permit today failed the first time took it again and i got it WHAT A THRILL TO DRIVE cant wait till my dar tis done
 
Awesome. I just got mine about a month and a half ago. Same for the "Cant wait til my car is done".

Driving is stupid. I just had my first "lesson" today. There's so much stupid stuff! I like to ride my motorcycle, alot easier......:thebirdm:
 
i loved that day wait till your car is ready to drive and you get your license can just go cruise you and your car good times
 
drivings a blast so are dirtbikes haha ive had my license for a year now and love it
 
i got my permit and its just fun to drive cant wait till tomarrow get to drive some more

Remember, it takes some time to get to be a good driver, be careful, don't do anything stupid, and have fun. Keep the racing at the track.
 
i went to evoc (emergency vehicle operations course) and took the course that the cops do i highly reccomend it
 
I am going on my 11th year. I have had lots of fun, But drive smart and keep your phone in your pocket.

props seems like only yesterday i got mine. ha for that matter compared to some of the guys on here it was only yesterday.
 
My daughter will be taking her drivers test tomorrow.

She is driving my wife's ford escort for now until I get the Duster fixed up a little. Going to add Disk brakes and AC to make it a little better daily driver. Will most likely add an external CD player as I don't want to remove the factory AM radio.

Grats man! I have had my permit for... 14-15 months or something? I will take my test sometime before winter comes, I'm in no rush, lol. I don't have insurance money for after I get it yet anyway...

I remember when I got my Drivers, Learners Permit. November 1974.:clock:


I got my full Drivers License Oct 1975.
because I took Drivers Ed, Summer School course, {and passed}
I was able to get my Full License at age 17. 8)

Got my CDL {straight job Class "B"} June 1980.
Got my "M" motorcycle endorsment in the mid 1980's.

2 years ago I took and passed the tests to get my
Amateur Radio License. the Technician and General Class
tests I passed fairly easy, but I had to take the Extra Class
test twice. I failed the Extra Class test the first try,
and the men correcting the test were nice enough to tell me,
"you were close, study some more, and try again Soon".

I took it again 10 days later, and passed {after studying Extra hard }.

Its always a proud day, when you pass a test of any sort. :)
