It,s no big deal,I purchased my car from Alabama last December and had it shipped up(very minimal rust).As long as you have all the paper work sent to the border 72 hrs. before crossing,it shouldn,t be a problem.All old cars in Ontario have either been restored or garage kept it,s whole life.My car is original body and paint,not bad for 44 years old.Did I mention I hate bodywork.LOL
