home-made inland style shifter

A while back I made a post for pics of bench seat four speeds. The pics I got gave me a good impression of how the shifter looks like, so I was able to make my own out of stainless steel, including the reverse lock-out feature.

here are some pics to show the result. All it needs is a little polishing.
