I don't see why they wouldn't work. If you were hurt and lonely and scared would you turn down someone to talk to because they looked different? I sure hope not they look great to me.
Hell no! Excellent! These dogs have no problem with disabled people and would love them to death! They'll be shy for a minute or two until I give them a milk bone to give to them. :) I saw a special on FOX TV about a Colorado Vet who had severe PTSD once he got home. He got a service dog and it changed his life for both him and his family. I would like to be a part of that albeit in small way, but for many Vets. :read2: My dogs need a job even if I can't get one of my own. I saw this on FOX right before I left to see mom and it just has not left my mind.
If this is the very least I can do for our Veterans, so be it. :cheers:
