Can't speak about the other contries but that dumb *** on the bike, they actually nailed his *** with 6 or 8 tickets. Speeding, careless driving, driving with undo car and attention, stupidity, stunting (i think), failing to stop among others. He was going like crazy on a busy highway passing on the shoulder and between cars, it's to bad Darwin's Law didn't kick in and he didn't get intimate with a telephone pole. And no our freeways are not usually empty and are mostly bunged up unless you're driving at 3 in the morning.
