Fall Fling Oct 17th in Van Nuys

I will be there and bunking with HawaiiDuster at the Airtel. If anyone wants to meet up at the lobby bar Friday night or some time during the show on Saturday, let me know. It would be cool to meet up (for 15-20 minutes) at some designated spot (and some designated time) to take a quick picture. For all the guys swapping, do you think you could have someone watch your space for 15 minutes or so?

Looks to be good wheather. It's 75 degrees, no wind, no humidity right now.
 
Crap, I forgot to order some tickets. I don't have time now, I'm leaving tomorrow. If we make it to the show at all I'll by some there.

You driving or flying ? Never mind I just saw your earlier post too cool I'm going to the mansion as well ,what are you showing there ?

Friday night sounds like a plan , are you guys doing the Friday cruise thing ? I hope to be there by early Friday morning .

I'm helping to bring out some cars for another guy. Not sure exactly, but I think it's one of those new Mr. Norm cars, or a Sox and Martin tribute car.

I don't think I will be there early enough for the cruise but will see you in the lobby bar (1st round is on me). I will PM you my cell # and feel free to do the same.

Swappers and car will start letting in at 7am. Most of the swappers are there before 6:30. And all the swappers in the line will be parked by 7:45am or so.

The show is about 20 minutes from the Mansion show with pre 9am Saturday traffic. (I could do it in 15 min, but I familiar with area)

From the Hyatt Hotel in Century City to Fall Fling (Woodley Park)
-North on Ave of the Stars.
-West (left) on Santa Monica Blvd
-North (right) on 405 fwy
-Off at Burbank Blvd
-West (left) on Balboa Blvd
-North (right) on Woodley Ave
*Show is on right hand side about 1/2 mile of the road*

I grew up about 5 miles from Century City. We used to bike there. They used our church one year and the little leauge park I played the next year to stage cars. If you need to know where to get anything, give a holler.
 
Well if I can get my sisters permission to drive her "new" Duster, then I should be there. I plan on going to her house today to get it cleaned up for the show.
 
For the swap can you just set up anywhere/free? I have a few early-a parts I need to unload for great prices
I got hosed on some shocks earlier this year though...

Swap spots for one vehicle/truck are only $40 at the gate.

You might ask here to join in with another FABO member to share a spot. Just meet up with him really early Sat. morning before they get into line at 6:30 am or so. Or meet up with them on Friday, you're not too far away in the South Bay.

We DO NOT allow a drop off for people bringing parts INTO the show. No double parking in front of the show in the morning to drop parts off. You will be ticketed and/or towed. You CAN NOT enter the park without paying for a swap or car show space. -Someone called/email the hotline with this question earlier today.

I will be getting 2 spots because of my trailer. I will not need that much space to sell what I have. If you want to join me you are more than welcome.

If anyone needs any early-a body parts let me know as I can bring them to the fling tomorrow, yet dunno about the swap as I might have to arrive by myself.

Anyone need a pair of 13 inch stock valiant/barracuda/dart wheels with hubcaps?
