hi, do your self a favor, buy a NHRA rule book. then you what requirements you need to meet. 11.49 is the break for a roll bar. not 11.99. another thing, a roll cage will require a window net. to run 9.99, you have to have a certified chassis. has to be recertified every three years. roll cage is for 10.99 and faster, If you have a stock unaltered body, then a roll bar is legal.
also, to run 9;s have to take a FAA physical, have a competion license.
