Is this flexpalate on right? and anyone hear of this brand converter?

Well, that is the correct way to do it though, right? It gets mounted to the crank first then install the tranny and then bolt the flex plate to the torque converter... correct?

bolt the flex plate to the motor

slide the converter into the trans. make sure its all the way in.

then bolt the trans to the motor

then bolt the flexplate to the converter
