I'm not disagreeing with you on your Ford, but for those who use the argument of money going overseas I would like to use Ford as an example. Ever heard of Land Rover and Jaguar? The nightmares of those two companies and the ineffeciency of the plants to build these two and that it was going to cost Ford more money to sell these two nightmares than it was to streamline the plants. Neither of these Ford divisions were profitable. That being said, if neither was profitable where was the money going to come from to streamline the plants? From the profit on the trucks coming out of Kentucky, perhaps?
