A friend took my tranny apart and the bushing behind the front seal had came out. He said he's never seen that happen before. I really don't know what would cause it either. It was pressed in and lock tighted, and it still was spinning around? We replaced it, I haven't put it in the car yet so I'm kinda curious how long this will last. Anyone got any ideas as to what might be going on? :?

ive seen that happen before, usualy after you use a inexpensive converter(or stock one) with too much power , causing the converter to balloon and taking out your thrust bearing (in the motor) and the front pump bushing.....you probrably should replace your front pump if it happens again,it has more than likely spun in the pump housing causing an oversize...

I have a PTC converter. We did replace the pump. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. She's running good now lets hope it lasts!
