Got this email from a friend.

do you see the motorcycle?

The Honda rider was travelling at approximately 85 mph.

The VW driver was talking on a cell phone when she

pulled out from a side street, apparently not seeing the motorcycle.

The riders reaction time was not sufficient enough to avoid this accident.

The car had two passengers and the bike rider was found INSIDE the car with them.

The Volkswagen actually flipped over from the force of impact

and landed 20 feet from where the collision took place.

All three involved (two in the car and the bike rider) were

killed instantly.

This graphic demonstration was placed at the Motorcycle Fair

by the Police and Road Safety Department.

Please pass this on to car drivers or soon to be new drivers,

or new motorcycle owners AND ESPECIALLY EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHO HAS A CELL PHONE!!!!

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Wake up people , Stop talking on Cell phones and

Texting while trying to drive. Put your Cell phone

in the back seat !!!

1st time I saw it, yes very nasty.

I wanna know how they got all the blood out of it and such, let alone the bodies.
they must have disassembled it 1st...

Good video, scary because my oldest daughter just got her license.I didn't think she was ready though but she has to drive to get to work.I'm going to have to show her this.I've laid down the law about cell phones and driving and maybe if she sees this it will be forever ingraved in her head. Thanks for posting this

please show it to her.....

Well..... I showed this to my daughter and I got the usual 16 year olds response a shrug of the shoulders and "Gosh dad I know already" Who would have thought that the problem child would grow up to be an over protecting parent?......lol

No offense but the what was the posted speed limit? obviously the motorcycle was exceding it by at least 20 mph. I don't want to put blame but a motorcycle traveling at 85 mph covers a lot of ground and would be difficult to judge the distance. That being said Cell phones should be banned when driving, and the laws in place enforced!

looking @ this on Snopes.com,there is another story that goes with these pics that states the motorcycle was traveling in excess of 150 mphm and without the cell phone caveat. Problem is, pics show up, and someone takes it upon themselves to embellish the existing story, or create a newer one that is better, or gives a different lesson. Either way, they can't absolutely verify which version is the true one, but any which way, 3 peoples died horribly.

1st time for me to see it, unbelieveable, put a crotch rocket in a VW

My wife does not understand why I don't like talking on my cell phone when driving. If I'm out on the interstate and it isn't busy I don't mind, but in town or heavy traffic I don't like it or want to do it. She trys to hand me the phone when i'm driving......I have thrown it on the floor before.

Speeding on MC is just really stupid. The new motorcycles are so fast and many new riders do not understand the danger of the NEED FOR SPEED.

I use to ride fast, and have been over 125 on one of my bikes. It was in an area where I knew there would be no one entering the road and no cars around. My last speeding ticket was on my bike (1988 ) the cop was really pissed because the week before a guy and wife died due to high speed. They pulled out of their trailer court on to US 40, cranked it up and hit a car that pulled out infront of them that didn't see them, left 3 small children.

I don't even like riding on the interstate anymore. 2 lane roads, light traffic during day light, I'm OK. Don't care to ride at night (deer & other critters) anymore either.

Damn, I think I have gotten OLD

It is a shame 3 people died

On a bike you have to watch everything that moves
