As I've said, I didn't remember who I got the parts from. I don't remember who I bought the Duster from for that matter. So there wasn't a way to do anything privately. You will also notice I haven't asked the gent I got those parts from to "pony up" and make it right.
HOWEVER, another member has sent me a PM asking what I need. (which is just one drum to match) Hopefully he has one. If so I plan on having him ship it directly to the gent I sold the parts to so he will have what he thought he was buying (and what I thought I was selling him)
My intent with the post was to vent. It wasn't to guilt anyone who has (purposely or inadvertently) wronged me in to "doing the right thing" and make things right.
However, I know there are members who don't think much of me because I'm opinionated, direct, and sometimes quite brash. And while I do dish it out to those who deserve it, I'm not that simple. If I'm wrong, I'll say so. And if there is something I need to take care of, I'll do that too. I like to think I'm honest and honorable, which is why I'm going to take care of my buyer. But not everyone is like that.
