Pitching "Lean Burn" into the trash

Scored an '85 Gran Fury AHB car that ended up being used as a fire inspector's car for King County. The car has just under 90K, and everything is in EXCELLENT shape. The one thing I'd like to do is get rid of the "No-Burn" set-up and put a standard electronic ignition in it as well as cleaning up under the hood (it looks as thought there is a good mile or so of vacuum tubing under there!). Also, does anybody know if this is the first year of the roller cam or last year of the flat tappet cam? Suggestions and advice would be appreciated
