302 casting potential?

Those are just some 'smog era' 'air port' style heads.
They have the holes in the exhaust floor for air injection, some say air inj bosses provides more floor, but really no significance.
Those heads in that artical made several diff mags, I have it in car craft of like 2002, they max'd out at 253cfm around .550 lift.

is that any good compared to what a mildly ported x head can do?
