Skinny fronts with MP disc conversion??

I was looking on MP Brakes website+they say you need a min.15x7"wheel with a min.3 3/4"backspace.I'd like to do the conversion but use a skinnier wheel(4" or 5")on a 70 Swinger.Anyone have this disc coversion with skinny fronts?Any problems/issues?Thanks.

I noticed this too Jamie when I bought my MP kit. After looking at the parts (not installed yet) I don't see why you couldn't use a 3 1/2 " wheel. It's just stock BBP brakes like used on 72-76 era Darts and Dusters. I'm sure there are tons of racers running this wheel.

I plan on running 7" wheels on the front anyway, so it doesn't effect me.

My front disc brakes are from a 75 4 door dart 318. I am using Torque Thrust D 4 1/2" wheels and Goodyear frontrunners with no clearance problems.
