I met a great local guy that I originally contacted about some Demon parts last weekend.
It turns out that he has a beautiful 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger Special ...........can you say R A R E !!!!!
I am sure AdamR knows all about these. ( I also asked him to register with you Adam )
I took some quick pic's of it and this car is mint.
I gave him a FABO business card and asked him to join up and tell us the story of this great piece of Canadian mopar history.

Yes, that is rare. Canadian built. Seems there's a guy up north with several of those cars
 
Wow,what a find.Do you know if he bought it new in Regina? it looks like one of the Crestview cars with the white interior and the hood scoops.
Did you get a look at the fender tag?

I did get a picture of the fender tag,I'll post a picture of it tomorrow(I'm browsing on my iPhone)
 
Very nice car! i wonder why the scoops are black? is this a 71-72 thing adam? i was expecting body color for a non blacked out hood
 
No, The scoops are in correct. They should be body color and they should not have the chrome trim.
 
Blue is correct. They started painting 340s blue around april of 71, These cars were built after that.
