I ran my own towing business for years......that's unacceptable,don't mention the wrong tag on the car mention the damages to it and get an estimate from a reputable welder to repair it and ask politely to cover the damages.new cars are unibodies I wonder how many of those he's ripped in half???or bent the frame on,or knocked the rear wheels out of alignement on some models...what a maroon
