what makes turn signals stop blinking?

The right side, makes a clicking sound when turned on, and it's flashing. The left side does nothing unless it's done manually. The lights themselves work.

Where is this flasher to have it replaced?

The dome light don't go on when the door is open either. Is that still related to the headlight switch?

I cannot remember off the top of my head, but it seems to me that if a front or rear bulb is out (I cannot remember which) they would not flash. Turn on your hazards and see which bulb it is, and troubleshoot from there.

the dome light... you are going to need a multimeter to track that down.

Cleaning contacts? I always have the battery disconnected, and use some steel wool, long flat blade screw driver, and some electrical contact cleaner.
