what makes turn signals stop blinking?

No, the Dome light don't work at all. The bulb "looks" fine. I guess I could try a different one.

None of the bulbs are out, I just fixed them all. (Other than the dome light.)

It's just odd, when I'd turn the bulbs all the way in where they should be, they don't work. If I keep them a bit offset, then they stay on! Goofy!
I guess that just shows how dirty they are, huh?
