340 Engine

It's not just the engine but everything else behind it that needs to work in concert with each other. I've been down this road before when I was a lot younger and quickly discovered that either you're going to have a street car or a race car. Trying to mix the two together and you'll get a street car that is hard to drive and not very comfortable.

1968FormulaS340 hit it right on target. HIs words are from experience. The cost just for fuel is very excessive and you'll go through a tank of gas very quickly. Get your car to look good, build a reliable street engine that has some snot and enjoy it. Put your money into not just the enigne but into a convertor, trans, rear and some suspension work. Having a ton of power is one thing, but if you can't get it to the ground, you just wasted your money and time.

Just my humble opinion.
