Marvel Mystery Oil will do the trick for you. The only engine I have ever seen it fail to break loose was a Lycoming V8 out of a Cord that sat in a field in Utah for over 35 years. That one had 4 cylinders that had to have the old pistons bored out of it. Plan on a rebuild. If the rings are stuck that bad they are shot.
