Cam selection

Hey guys, I am looking to switch over to a solid roller cam cause I want some more power. My flat hydraulic lifters always feel like they are collapsing when I try and preload them when adjusting the rockers. As a result I always adjust them where I just barely start feeling the pushroad getting resistance, causing lots of valvetrain clatter. I think I should just say the heck with it and convert over to solid since I'm adjusting them all the time anyways and I can take the variable of preload out of the equation. However, I don't know what type of duration I should get for my set up. Therefore I am solicting opinions, looking to keep it streetable (weekend cruiser not a daily driver) and still be able to pull to 6000-6500rpm for occasional use at the drag strip. I think a solid roller would be a wise investment, but when I look at their specs they have higher durations than I’m used to seeing, and look like they might not be very streetable. Here’s my combo:

72 Demon
10.25:1 LA 360
750 double pumper
Eddy rpm air gap manifold (I also have a torker II that I just replaced because it was a dog with previous set up below 2500rpm)
Eddy heads
Comp Magnum 280H cam (230/230 dur at .050, .484/.484 lift)
273 adjustable rocker arms
FBO ignition
Small tube headers
4 speed
3.91 rear
26.5” tires

Thanks much!
