11.49 is a newer rule that is actually for newer cars like Vipers and Vettes that will run 11.99 with a few bolt ons. Most tracks will wont to see a bar at 11.99 if your car is older.
Plus at 11.99 your gonna be running in the 115mph range, A cage is a good idea. :thumblef:
