Scored my final piece of chrome trim. Thanks Joel. This is the deck lid chrome.
Of the 8 pieces I needed, I got 7 of them on here on FABO!
This had some dings but I have practiced some on my GTX grill pieces.
First step was to open the trim clip opening on the rear to get better access to the back side of the dents. This was done with some pliers.
I used a piece of aluminum, a chisel and ball peen hammer.
After I got the shape I wanted I sanded with some 100 in the rough areas and will follow up with some 150 and so on.
I will finish on the buffing wheel, which I have not done much on yet so stay tuned.
