Cool thanks guys, so what gauge steel did you go with? Did you just bend up each end from a flat piece? I already have perches for the springs, i have a local steel/aluminum supply company, if my rear hangers are decent, i'll re-use them.

Length (short end) 6.1/2"
Width 3.1/2"
Height 4"
Another thing, i'm getting ready to order some Summit Star wheels, should i stay with 15x8", or should i get 15x10", & what back-spaceing?
