Anyone try Dupli-Color Paint Shop Enamel ?

O'Reilys stocks the Dupli-Color Paint Shop LACQUER (title says enamel, wrong)paint system. Very reasonably priced. I need to do the front valance on the Dakota and was wondering if anyone has tried this system. I have never painted and I would like to try. $24.95/ qt of paint, $24.95 / qt of primer, $24.95 / qt of clear.
