i lived in upstate s.c. for 13 years,and hated most of it. taxes on everything! weather across the board is better here,car scene all around this area is full boar,not detroit i'm sure,but damn good. this lot has light restrictions on square footage persay,but i would have to check on the restrictions,they are pretty loose.my plan was too build a 60x100'. email me for some pics or you can call me [email protected] or 423-404-3244
