I just went out and looked at my new Hughes balancer (bought about 9 months ago) and find it is a different brand. Apparently some time in the last 9 months Hughes has switched brands. Probably more profit in the Pro Comp brand.
Hopefully this one is decent. It has an SFI 18.1 rating and the brand is PRW.
