The car has a running non matching 340 but comes with the matching 340. The car was bright blue mettallic with a vinyl top. There is no fendertag, no broadcast sheet. The rockers are rusted on the bottom, the rear quarters are rusted, the trunk pan looks great and the floor boards have a few small holes here and there. The hood is an original 68 GTS hood not a 69 Swinger 340 hood. The drivers side front fender is a 68 fender. The windshield is broken. The car needs a total restoration. After doing three 100% restorations I just don't have the drive to ever do another. The Dart was brought to Maine from Minnesota. I don't have any pics but was curious to see what you guys/gals thought a car like that is worth? After you folks give me your opinion I'll tell you what the guy wants for it.

Well, the owner watches too much Barrett Jackson. He`s a big GM guy. He told me any Mopar with a 4 speed is worth BIG bucks. He wants 7k for it but 5k will buy it. I looked it over real good and could only come up with a value of 2K. I would part it out, it`s too far gone to sink 35-40K into it especially with no fender tag or broadcast sheet. It`s a money losing project right from the start.

My advice is wait for a car with VIV plate and complete with original motor- What a car is worth depends on how deep the pockets are and how much the buyer want the car. That being said, I have a '69 Swinger that is completel original- a survivor basket case that has been disassembled and sitting in my garage for 20 years, but totally complete and numbers matching.
when I get it ready to sell I plan on asking $5500 for it- for camparison. When selling, the dream is to find someone looking for something like their first car. Good luck- I would pass on that one at that price.....- Just my opinion.
