If he doesn't smarten up and charge her with felony assault and battery she's going to be taking those balls home to the new house on the island she just bought and he won't be attached to them
It doesn't matter down here. The worst she could be charged with is domestic violence. Since the cops never interviewed him there isn't going to be any charges, they can't prove anything. This is a no fault state so you can get a divorce for any reason, infidelity, or whatever makes no difference here. She'll get half of his stuff but probably not any future income.
