360 w. Eddy RPM intake for my '65 Dart - will it fit?

I haven't compared the height, but I run a LD340 with a Carter AFB carb, a 14" Moroso chrome housing and a 3" air filter under the hood of my 66 with no clearance problems.
To do the 360 swap you can use the original 273 motor mounts, but on the left (drivers) side, you'll need to add a 1/4" spacer or a couple of washers to make up the difference in lug spacing on the 360.
You will also need a center sump car type oil pan to fit that early A. You already have the V8 drag link, so you're good there.
If you're using a 904 tranny, it will fit with no clearance problems. If you use a 727 tranny, you'll need to pound back the pinchweld at the bottom of the firewall for clearance. Your 65 tranny should have a ball and trunion front connection to the tranny (904), so it might be a good idea to look for a tranny built after 1966 to get away from that connection, as well as a different converter input shaft on the earlier trannys. Also, you'll need either a torque converted with the 360 balancing weights attached, or a B & M balanced flexplate for you choice of trannys.
The later 360's use a different timing cover and water pump housing than the earlier 273's, so if you use the 360 parts the hoses will be on the wrong side compared to your radiator. I just used the 273 parts and everything just bolted right up, and the timing marks are visible in the correct position.
If you need a photo of how the driver's side engine mount goes on the 360, let me know and I'll post a pic.
Good luck.
