I agree it is not worth $10,500 because it is a roller with no engine and because it also has rust in the driver's side quarter. The OP was asked about the rust in the quarters and asked to show better picts of it and the request was not fufilled. There is no way I would ever pay 10K or more for a car with any amount of rust! It would have to be 100% rust free to be worth $10,500!
