After careful consideration, I have decided to put my 340 Dart up for sale. I bought this car in 1986. Originally FK5, black top, black interior, white stripe. Matching numbers, fender tag included, sorry...no broadcast sheet. 4 speed, manual steering and manual disc brakes. parcially disassembled for restoration, but car is complete except for the air cleaner and the rear window. New show chrome front and rear bumpers included. I am located in NJ, asking $6500.

Very nice car and looks like a great one to restore. Seems like a fair price for a desirable car. Good luck with the sale!

Thank you for the nice comments. Thank you also for all the PM's. Some of the PM's were accidentally deleted however, so if you sent a PM and I didn't reply to you please send me another one as yours probably got deleted. Thank you.

Hi,
Nice car! I am located in the Union area. Does the car run?
Thanks,
Joe

CAR IS SOLD ! Early this morning, we loaded it up on the trailer and she was on her way to CT. I will be posting some pictures soon.

Congrats on the sale but I sure wish you would have gotten back to me.

Yeah...we were both happy with the deal. If if wasn't for financial and health issues, I wouldn't have sold the car.

Is the new owner a member? I live in Connecticut If he needs any parts or help forward my info. Would love to see another Abody in CT.

Yes he is...Jim's 340 dart is his name. He owns two other '70 340 Swingers making this one the third in his collection.

Hi, John
Once again I wish to thank you for selling the car to me. I also would like to thank my friend Dave LeTourneau for calling me as I had logged off ABodies 5 minutes earlier. I promise you this car will be restored to it's original glory no matter the cost. As for the FJ5 car, yes I did buy it from Eric (gts340).
All though very rough it is now in storage as one day that car will be restored. I will keep you posted on restoration. Once again thanks
Jim
