Well you have insurance, and the $$$ to have painted it like this in the first place, turn in the paperwork and get it fixed, or just pay out of pocket, what the big deal, it not like its a Hemi SS, or even a original 340 s. BTW i Love my car and it has a crappy paint job, still would get as much attention at a show as you sparkly paint.
