I have noticed there is a HUGE price variation in radiators.
Under $200 for a Jegs universal to $600 from some other companies.
What is making the big difference? Is it you get what you pay for?
My radiator could use a repair several leaks, and I am considering an aluminum replacement, but I am kind of lost as to the options.
My Dart has a 440 with around 400 hp
thank you for any advise

Check this out . I purchased the triple flow one for my car and it works and fits great. My car never goes over 185 degrees with the stock radiator it use to run 210.

Me, I had a custom aluminum rad made in America for my '62 Lancer (w/aluminum 225) by this guy. Workmanship and quality are beautiful - I put up words and pictures over here. Paid $425.

You no longer get what you pay for. It just isnt true anymore as many big brands take advantage of thier names/reputations and sell you chinese junk. Sorry for jumping on your thread...

I no longer shop price. I shop where it is made and warrantee.

hkeller, which radiator did you order? I see that you have an aluminum water pump on your car so the outlet must have been moved. I am planning to do something very similar to what you've done.

I ordered there triple flow three core. US radiator moved the outlet and increase the size to 2.5 inches to match the water pump..These radiators are all made to order.
