Lets Play Guess The Brokerage Fees!!!

I've been to countries that have milk in a box, and it doesn't have to be refrigerated, either. When they process milk, at least here in the states, they only pasteurize it to a temp warm enough to kill MOST of the bacteria, leaving small amounts, that over time, reproduce, souring the milk. In the milk in a box, they heat it enough to kill ALL bacteria, so the milk doesn't go bad.
