Sand-blasting cabinets?

Pics of the setup & the instructions. If I press the trigger I should get suction at the end of the feeder tube correct? When I press the trigger it blows air out of the feeder tube. No suction at all. I have air, I have everything together correctly, it would appear that the gun is not working properly if it is not creating suction. This is frustrating. Thanks for the help.
