383 turbo build questions??????

There are a few articles on big block blowers, like this one:

They started with a 10:1 motor, used shims to drop to 8:1, and dynoed the comparison without the blower, and got 421HP@5600RPM. Not bad for an 8:1 motor and a cam designed for a blower. I'm sure you would have plenty of power at 8:1. More than enough to get traction problems. When you start getting traction, the turbo will be pushing, so best of both worlds.
